Onsite Visit: Staging Specialist will take photographs of all areas, inside and outside of the home. Staging Specialist wil provide a Comprehensive Staging Plan for each room of the house (up to 2400 sf) plus the exterior of the home and up to 1 outbuilding. The Staging Plan will be broken out by room listing everything necessary to be done to market the home for a quick and profitable sale. Staging Specialist will provide Plans and Recommended Colors (with paint chips) and approximate costs for the changes with room by room written instructions. Staging Specialist will be available via emai to answer questions and offer suggestions when needed. Approximatesly 6 hours staging time; 3 hours on-site, 3 hours off-site. After completion of the plans provided, the Green Gates Staging Specialist will return to provide final suggestions to make the home show in its best possible light. | Onsite Preliminary Visit: Staging Specialist will take photographs of all areas, inside and outside of the home. The Staging plan will be broken out by room listing everything necessary to be done to market the home for a quick and profitable sale. An approximate per room dollar cost of changes plus reccomended paint colors with paint chips will be included. A detailed per room checklist of changes recommended will be provided. Staging Stpecialist will be available via email to answer on-going questions. Staging Specialist will return to site once recommended changes are complete. Final staging including accesorizing, changing furniture and targeted marketing suggestions will be addressed at this meeting. | Onsite Counsultaion: Staging Specialist will take photographs of all areas, inside and outside of the home. Staging Specialist will provide a Comprehensive Staging Plan for each room of the home (upto 5000 sf) plus exterior of the home including up to 4 outbuidings, pool and hot-tub areas. Additional needs can be addressed separately at a negotiated rate. The Staging Plan will be broken out by rooms listing everything necesary to be done to market the home for a quick and profitable sale. This written plan includes optimal furniture placement, optimal wall Colors with paint chips, complet list of tasks necessary to stage each space and estimated costs of recommended improvements. Staging Specialist will provide 4 hours of hands-on help to complete staging preparations. Staging Specialist will be available to provide additonal suggestions and to answer questions via email. Upon completion of all preliminary staging preparation, Staging Specialist will provide On-site follow-up to be sure the home is market ready. |
