Green Gates currently offers a home office program to agents in Washington State.
In addition, there is currently a desk space available in the Port Orchard main office for $150.~ a month and
conference room space available for all Green Gates agents to use.
Agent Associate agrees to pay Green Gates $105.00 per month for Licensing and Brokerage services.
Agent Associates agree to pay a $395.00 transaction fee on all Commissioned Sales to a maximum to Green Gates of $9,480.00 annually. Referral commissions, BPO’s, & Rents are subject to a 10% processing fee (maximum $395.00).
In addition; E & O (1%) and B & O (1.5%) are paid from agent's commission and or fees on agent’s behalf when checks are issued.
All checks are issued weekly; the Monday following receipt of funds to Green Gates. All amounts due Green Gates by agent shall be deducted and paid at that time.
